Senior Capstone Project: Enhancing Patient Safety Through Remote-Controlled Robotics for Intravenous Administration

For my senior design project, I led a team of myself and 4 others to create a prototype for a remote controlled IV injection system. Over the course of one semester and three prototypes, we built and refined a design that allowed a single nurse to control dozens of IV pumps all at once, from a portable remote control monitor we built ourselves (using a Raspberry pi 4B, a self-made power supply, a simple LCD screen and a 3D printed case). Our final prototype ended up being impressive enough to win first place at the end of semester competition, winning over 62 other teams and awarding us the Lockheed Martin Design Excellence Award.

Nathan Bot

Nathan Bot is a Discord Bot developed using Python. It makes use of ChatGPT and ElevenLabs API, in order to create a virtual discord user that can parse text and generate a response, even converting it into speech of a given person's voice. I used this to create an AI 'clone' of myself. It also has further utility, such as being able to play music from Youtube and Spotify in voice chat channels.
